Full details below, but overall experience was poor and would not recommend this place.
There was too many negatives to make this place worth going back to, that's why I rated it at just 1 star instead of a 2 or 3.
The worst part of this was how the waiter/waitresses would come by in the middle of the movie and block your view. They even brought the checks right at the ending / major scenes of the movie, not enjoyable. They then proceeded to try cleaning off the trays/tables making noise and blocking your view again.
The food was really bland and priced as high as a typical restaurant. I don't mind paying this price, but quality needs to backup the pricing.

I come to this movie theater all the time and have always had a good experience with it until today. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. We came in at 11:10 and there was only 1 worker working while the others were just talking in the back and there was lot of rush and so it took us 10 minutes just in the line. When it was finally our turn we asked for the 11:00 time slot and we didn't notice that they gave us the wrong ticket and also told us to go to the wrong theater. Anyways we are watching the movie and 15 minutes later a worker come in and asks us to leave the theater because we shouldn't be in there. We went back down to the counter and they tried to blame the mistake on us. We told them our situations and they weren't cooperating or taking us seriously.
Very poor seating, in fact there was many rows that have office chairs instead of real chairs.
Movie experience: 2/5
Food: 2/5
It's fine. I wish they had better desserts. My burger was just okay. The swinging table stays out too far and I wish it was able to come in closer. The staff is friendly and helpful, and it is clean.
Front office / desk staff were very nice, waitresses seemed a bit short and rude but overall I wouldn't say this was a deal breaker.
Okay, I am used to a different dine-in theater and this one definitely did not live up to that one. We ordered food together with my husband; mine came out about 3-4 minutes after we ordered and my husband's came way later so we couldn't enjoy dinner together. His food was good but I ordered something fried which shouldn't have been ready in the amount of time I had mine in front of me, even though it is advertised that they prepare everything as you order plus it was pretty flavorless. After we both clearly finished eating, the server took my husband's empty plate but not mine. Before the movie, they pre-slid our card and during a very interesting scene they brought the receipt out, I think to make sure they had our order right, however the movie was dark and we couldn't see what the paper said, plus we didn't get a pen, so we told a waiter to give us a pen bit she couldnt understand what we wanted so I missed a good chunk of the movie cause she was standing in front of us. Not going back to this theater, I'll go to Keller Movie House & Eatery instead.
The experience was alright, but I give this place one star for this sole reason: online booking fees. Online tickets are a convenience for THEM. It's less work for them at the counter, makes for a more streamlined process and costs them NOTHING. So what do they do? Choose to see it as a another easy form of revenue and a way to scalp their customers. Screw any company that chooses greed over building customer rapport. Will never been spending another dime at this place; hope that extra dollar they charge and hope you don't notice is worth it.
