Great Doctors and staff!
I took my daughter in as a new patient and immediately loved the updated waiting room and friendly staff. Jane was great with my daughter who was nervous about the visit. Jane made her laugh and feel comfortable with her procedure which was a huge plus for me! I will continue to recommend this location to anyone looking for a great doctors office.
I've been using Max Health for many years and will continue to do so. I've gotten excellent care from them over the years. I've been going there so long I've seen all the doctors and PA's and always felt I was treated professionally and thoroughly. My lone 'issue' happened a couple of months ago with a prescription refill. They were also going through a computer system change during that time which caused some of the confusion. It was resolved quickly and I've had no issues since. Getting in to see them is easy. It is very rare when I cannot get in to see them the day I call. I don't recall ever waiting more than 5-10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to be called back. Once back, the wait time is generally short before the doctor or PA comes in. I'm very thankful they are here!
Our family has gone here for 14 years and have received excellent care. I have a child with special medical needs and they have been great. I highly recommend them.
I rarely write google reviews, especially when they are negative. However, unfortunately, I think providers these days look at medicine as a business rather than to heal or help patients. All about the money, right? I get it, dealing with people all day is frustrating but I do it for my profession too! I came in last week as a new patient and of course, was not offered to see a doctor but was offered only to see a PA. I had horrible sore throat, aches and pains, and a slight fever the night before. The MA that took my vitals was practically a robot with zero people skills and when the PA came in, she told me it was "just allergies" and condescendingly told me how to cough in my arm as if I were a 5 year old and gave me no prescription, nothing. Told me to get over the counter meds. I didn't pay this place $30 to act like I'm just trying to get out of work. Here I am a week later, STILL sick and now my fiance whom I live with is sick with the exact symptoms. His doctor told him "allergies aren't contagious, this is an infection" and sent him home with meds. I will not return to this facility and cannot recommend them.
